Unique showers with their own ID
In order to provide the right service, handle the service request efficiently or order a spare part, Sealskin needs to be informed about the exact version of the shower. It often turns out to be quite a search for exactly which version of the shower it is, especially after several years. This is why Sealskin has made it easy.
In fact, every Sealskin shower is equipped with a passport; an identification number, or “ID” for short. With the ID number, all information of the shower from the order, all product and production details to the delivery can be traced of both standard and a specially customised shower.
The ID number is affixed in several places so that identification can always be traced. If the shower packaging is still unopened, please consult the product label. The ID number is shown there. The guarantee certificate also has a unique ID number on the back. Therefore, keep it safe! In addition, each shower is also equipped with a unique QR code with a corresponding number, in case the guarantee certificate is no longer available. On the outside of the glass, you will find a modest transparent sticker with a unique QR code and an 8-digit number. Do not remove this sticker, it is the shower's passport!
