This website www.sealskin.com (the "Site") is managed by Coram International BV, operating under the name Coram and located at Winde 3, 5667 AX Geldrop. In this privacy statement, we are also referred to as “we,” “our,” or “Coram.”
We appreciate your interest in our company and our products, and we are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. Most of the data we collect is provided by you. The specific data we collect depends on the service. In some cases, we may retrieve data from our database so that you do not have to provide it repeatedly.

  • When we use external service providers (including other Coram brands, to which Sealskin belongs, or companies appointed by Coram to process your data). For example, we use suppliers for order processing, mailing, payments, or invoicing. We may also use external parties for debt collection;

  • When you explicitly give us permission to share your data with specific third parties;

Except for the situations above, we do not share your personal data with third parties.

Your personal data is retained as long as you are a Coram customer. After the relationship ends, Coram retains your data for at least one year, except for data required by law to be kept (e.g., invoices).

We may contact you by telephone, email, SMS, personal visit, or other communication means (physical or electronic) in connection with your purchase or booking of one of our services, including appointment reminders via phone, email, mail, or SMS.

If you have any complaints about how we process your data, we ask you to report them in writing to our Customer Service (see address below). We hope to resolve the issue together.

You have the legal right to request a copy of the personal data Sealskin holds about you and to correct any errors. You also have the right to request that we delete your data from our system. Upon receiving your request, we will make reasonable efforts under applicable law to provide, correct, or delete your data as requested.
